AVAILABILITY Fresh seed and plants are normally  available at the times when listed on the store.  If for any reason the products ordered are not available, we will provide a refund in full for the unavailable items.   

PAYMENT Payment is taken when the order is placed.  Payments show on customers' statements as PlanetBanana which is a trading name of Planet Jungle Limited.

PRICES  Prices may be subject to change without notice.  When prices change, these changes will be reflected on the store with immediate effect.  

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS  At the moment we are not able to take orders from customers outside of the UK.  If this changes in the future, we will update the store to reflect this.

TERMS OF ACCEPTANCE . We give no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the description or productiveness of any seed and will not in any way be responsible for the resultant crop. The purchaser accepts the above terms when an order is placed.

ORDERS - Please note that we have a minimum order value of £10 for seeds to cover our administration costs. We reserve the right not to accept or process your order for any reason.

GERMINATION INFORMATION Brief seed raising instructions are supplied with all orders and more information is available on the store.  We store our seeds in the most appropriate conditions for those seeds.  Banana seeds are best sown fresh, so we recommend sowing your seeds as soon as you can.  Like many tropical seeds, germination rates for Banana seeds can be quite low.  The pre-germination treatment we recommend is required to overcome seed dormancy which will otherwise inhibit germination.

TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHT.  Any use, printing or copying of materials on this website, other than in the course of browsing and ordering is strictly prohibited.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION.  These terms and your use of this site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of England and Wales.
