Musa Daj Giant

Giant Himalayan Banana.  Our favourite hardy banana, which we have found to be just as hardy as basjoo and sikkimensis.  It has huge leaves often with a purple hue to the reverse and a silvery bloom to the pseudostems.  Sometimes described as a form of sikkimensis, it is actually a separate species.  These are small pups from our plants.
